It's fickle and can't make up it's mind on what it wants.

Ok.
If it would just decide what it is for more than five minutes, I could plan/dress accordingly.

Haha. :) As much I would love to reside in the same state as you once again, I am SO glad I no longer live in Florida... :)
So true! It still makes me laugh when I think the kids when I taught down there wearing their coats if it got below 60* and I would walk outside with short sleeves on!
That used to kill me down there.
I never knew what I should wear because 5 seconds later the weather would drastically change.
