Operation 30

I originally had a cheesy "Toning Up Tuesday" title. Then, it hit me.... I want to lose 30 lbs before I turn 30. Use that cheesy title, instead.

Last Week's Workouts:

Sunday - Walked for an hour

Thursday - Walked for 50 minutes

Saturday - Walked for 50 minutes


So, I exercised three times. I earn a "C" in the exercise department. Could have done worse, but could have done better.


Let's make some goals for this week......

1) Workout at least 5 times.
2) Complete Week 3 of the Couch 2 5K

what a great goal. I think I'll join you, as I just started my own 30 before 30 deal. I love the couch to 5k app.. I have yet to complete it, but I do love it!
