Thursday - 45 mins walking

Monday - Curves
Tuesday - Softball game (more on that later)
..... the rest of the week was the radiothon and recovery.
Goals for this week:
- Curves at least twice
- Pilates at least twice
- 30 mins on the Elliptical at least once
- 30 mins Walking at least once

Doing good! I went back to the gym for the first time today. I did 20 mins on the elliptical. I couldn't believe how tough it was to keep my heart rate under 150, as my OB ordered! Grrrr!
I need to get my butt in gear and exercise...seriously!!!!
