Sunday - Nada

Monday - Curves

Tuesday - 30 mins Pilates

Wednesday - Fun, shared, fake boyfriend time..... nada

Thursday - 45 mins walking

Friday - nope

Saturday - Nada



Week 38


Monday - Curves

Tuesday - Softball game (more on that later)

..... the rest of the week was the radiothon and recovery.





Goals for this week:

  • Curves at least twice
  • Pilates at least twice
  • 30 mins on the Elliptical at least once
  • 30 mins Walking at least once

Doing good! I went back to the gym for the first time today. I did 20 mins on the elliptical. I couldn't believe how tough it was to keep my heart rate under 150, as my OB ordered! Grrrr!
