Weekly Workout Blog

Week 13....

Sunday - Unless you count walking up and down the Nashville airport (3 times.... seriously), then nothing.

Monday - Curves

Tuesday - Walk around the lake

Wednesday - Nothing

Thursday - 30 mins on the Elliptical

Friday - Nothing

Saturday - 45 mins walking and 15 mins Pilates

Grade for this week - We're going to go with a C-.... MUCH better than last week, but not nearly my goals.

Goals for next week:
  • Go to Curves at least twice
  • 30 minutes on the Elliptical machine at least 3 times
  • Pilates at least 2 times
  • Walk - either by lake or on treadmill at least 3 times
