Weekly Workout Blog....

Week 53....

Sunday - Swimming (more like treading water for an hour, but, hey I'm counting it as activity, lol)

Monday - Curves

Tuesday - Walked for 45 minutes (at 6:15 in the morning.... major props to me, lol)

Wednesday - Curves (they upped my fitness level and resistance.... I about DIED)

Thursday - Curves (I don't know if it was that I was mentally prepared, but it was a lot easier this day)

Friday - Nothing, but shaking my booty at the B&D concert

Saturday - 15 mins Elliptical, 30 mins Treadmill, and 10 mins Abs

I'm SUPER proud of myself. I know that I've done more in the past, but this is the most I've done in a while. I acheived all of my goals..... tracked all my foods, went to Curves 3 times, and walked twice.... PLUS, I actually made it onto an Elliptical machine and did Ab exercises.

Goals for this upcoming week:

  • Track ALL food
  • Curves at least 3 times (this is in line with a Challenge they're having at the gym)
  • Treadmill/Walk at least twice

Bonus points if.....
  • I make it to the Y and get on an Elliptical.
  • I make it to a Zumba class.
  • I do pilates.
