Weekly Workout Blog.....

Week 54....

Sunday - Nada

Monday - Curves

Tuesday - Curves

Wednesday - Curves

Thursday - Walked for 45 mins and Abs (at 6:15 in the morning.... Go me)

Friday - Nothing, except walking through the theme parks and sweating to the point of disgustingness

Saturday - Nothing

I didn't quite make all my workout goals (the second walk). But, I did track my food and got the rest of it done. It was a pretty packed week.

Goals for this upcoming week:

  • Track ALL food
  • Curves at least 3 times (this is in line with a Challenge they're having at the gym)
  • Treadmill/Walk at least twice

Bonus points if.....

  • I make it to the Y and get on an Elliptical.
  • I make it to a Zumba class.
  • I do pilates.
