I'm back!!.... Sunday Questions and Weekly Workout Blog

Hi!!!! I'm back! Did you miss me?

I'm fresh off a big, big boat. 4 days of no cell phones..... 6 of no internet..... pure bliss.

In fact, I'm having a hard time getting back into the groove. I have lots and lots of pictures and stories to share. I'll have to get to them eventually.

1. Do you like seafood?
 
Yes! I'm getting more and more into it as time goes by, too.
 

 
2. Are mermaids hot?
 
Sure. I always thought it would be neat to be one.
 

 
3. Have you swam in the ocean?
 
I live in Florida.
 

 
4. If you got stung by a jellyfish, would you let a stranger pee on you?
 
Probably. I mean, I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but if there is a solution to pain, I'll take it.
 

 
5. Have you ever pee'd in the ocean?
 
I was born and raised in Florida.
 

 
6. Can you make a cute fish face? (Show a pic..if you want)
 
Yes. I actually think my fish face makes my face look really cute.
 

 
7. When you see the lobster tank at the grocery store do you just have this overwhelming urge to set them free or cook them up?
 
Neither. I get a bit creeped out and just want to get away from the tank.
 

 
8. Are you afraid of sharks?
 
Yes. Honestly, they are pretty terrifying.

Sunday - Nothing
 
Monday - Curves, 15 mins Elliptical, and 30 mins Treadmill
 
Tuesday - Curves
 
Wednesday - Nothing..... My Birthday!!!
 
Thursday - 15 mins Elliptical and 30 mins Treadmill
 
Friday - Curves
 
Saturday - 15 mins Elliptical and 30 mins Treadmill
 
 
For my birthday, I'd say this was an EXCELLENT week!
 
 
 
 
Week 65
 
Sunday - Nothing
 
Monday - 15 mins Elliptical (on a ship, nonetheless)
 
Tuesday - Nothing major, but walked A TON around Key West
 
Wednesday - Nothing really
 
Thursday - 15 mins Elliptical and 30 mins Treadmill (again, on the ship)
 
Friday - Nothing
 
Saturday - Nothing
 
Not the best week, but pretty good for being on vacation. Wouldn't you agree?
 
 
 
My goals for next week are to get back on track. I had a week of eating way too much, no internet to track my food, and not as much exercise. I'm a little afraid of the scale, right now. But, I'm determined to get right back into it!!!
