Each summer promises a few things in terms of entertainment....... Big Brother, So You Think You Can Dance, and summer blockbusters.
I'm thankful for all of these. Therefore, I bring you my all-important thoughts on all three.....
I *heart* Jeff and Jordan. I loved them on their original season and I love them on this one. He calls her "Love" and it melts me.
On the first episode, I screamed when they walked through the door. Then, I screamed when The Donatos walked through the door. Heck yeah, this is going to be my dream season!!!
Then, Dick left (which I was genuinely sad about). And, Dani decided to play stupid last week. I will say that I hope Dani grabs a clue and truly teams up with JeJo. I really hate them being on opposite sides. I'm still on Dani's side (she is one of my favorite players ever), but I think she totally jumped the gun on breaking up the vet alliance. Too soon for it, imo.
Brenchel - Drive me nuts. I appreciate their loyalty to JeJo, but they drive me up a friggin wall. Brendon is a control freak and a pouter. Rachel is a drama queen, but deserves better than Brendon.
Shelly - One smart cookie. I think she may be playing the smartest of all the newbies.
Porsche - Not as dumb as she looks, imo. She did what Dani should've kept doing..... using the Golden Key time to lay low, make friends, and let others do her dirty work.
Adam - Makes me laugh. He's so in love with the game and the fact that he's on it, that he sometimes forgets to PLAY.
Lawon - Also cracks me up. He is going to coast along until it's the final 4 or 5. Then, everyone is going to look around and say, "Wait a minute. How did he get here?"
Kalia - I can't decide how I feel about her. Sometimes I like her and other times I don't.
Are you watching BB? What are your thoughts on the season, so far?
I swear..... they are too cute.

I'll be honest..... SYTYCD is a little lackluster for me, this year.
I still like it, but I'm just not as thrilled with the dances. This past week was the first week that I got chills over any of the dances.
One thing I *am* enjoying is the celebrity judges. They crack me up. So far, Kristin Chenowith, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Neil Patrick Harris, and Lady Gaga have been my favorites.

The main event, for movies, has been Harry Potter, for me.
I even went at midnight.
I was jealous of a coworker that got invited to an advanced screening at Universal....... and may or may not have tried to wrangle myself an invite to no avail.
However, the wait was definitely worth it.
There were crazies dressed up in costumes............
..... and every other HP freak (myself included) that laughed, cried, and cheered their way through the film.
It makes me sad that it's all over.
And, it makes me long to be a part of something like that, too.
On the other end of the spectrum, we took Lydia to see her first movie in a theatre...... Winnie the Pooh.
So. Dang. Cute.
It was the most adorable movie. Lydia did so well at it, too. She had her little popcorn, drink, and candy. She was set..... didn't even try to get up throughout the movie.
I have other movies I'd like to see, but haven't quite made it out there, yet.
What summer movies have you seen that you'd recommend?

I'm with you on everything on BB except Portia. Last night when she was talking about the endurance competition and said "All the other girls were hurting in their armpits, but mine was more in my shoulder, like right here..." and pointed to her ELBOW, I decided she is as dumb as she looks. :)I l LOVE JeJo!
Oh man, I am not a big fan of reality TV. My summer show go-to's are Next Food Network Star, The Duggars, and we've also gotten hooked on Dallas/Detroit/Kansas City SWAT this summer. Okay, so I guess those are all "reality" shows.... Haha :)
I'm still working on liking BB. I just can't. Also, I think L and I might go see Pooh this week. Glad you liked it.
I thought Friends with Benefits was cute....and I def. plan on seeing The Help.
