Weekly Workout Blog

Week 47......

Monday - Curves and walked for 30 minutes

Tuesday - Elliptical for 15 and Walk for 20

Wednesday - Worked until midnight, so nothing

Thursday - Nope

Friday - Curves


I also tracked my food all week (all 7 days), as well. Really, really good week. I need to exercise more, but I'm working into it. Plus, my allergy season (re: Summer Allergies) is starting, so I've been having trouble breathing, lately.


I'm going to keep my goals the same.... on the right track, but not quite ready to do anything further, just yet.
