WW: Trying Not To Feel Frustrated

I'm trying not to feel frustrated. I've been doing this for two weeks and haven't lost but about a half pound.

Granted, last week was my TOM. I just ended Fri and weighed yesterday. I also weighed on a different scale than normal, so maybe I'll see a bigger difference when I go this afternoon (at Curves where I normally weigh).

I'm staying within my points. And, even after a splurge meal on Saturday, I still had 15 Weekly Points left.

Any WW people have this happen to them in the beginning? Where they lose super slow?

Or, am I just a freak of nature?

It is HARD to not get frustrated...but I promise you it is worth it! Just keep going and don't give up!

As girls our bodies like to play tricks on us...it will all even out in the end!

:)

I have never done weight watchers myself but a few people I know have and they stuck with it for a while and loved it, maybe its just one of those things where you plateau for a while. Keep it up!

Talk to the WW coach if you can. It could be a plateau. But that seems a little suspicious to me. I wonder if they have your points right. YOu may have too many or not enough. Either one is going to hamper weight loss. As weird as it sounds, not eating enough could hang up weight loss.
