Weekly Workout Blog...

Week 9....

Sunday: 20 mins Pilates

Monday: 30 mins Elliptical and 30 mins on the Treadmill

Tuesday: 30 mins Elliptical, 30 mins Treadmill, and 20 mins Pilates

Wednesday: Curves

Thursday: Nothing... I had a glorious evening of getting my hair done and then going out to dinner with a friend.

Friday: Nothing. I meant to workout, but by the time I was done with work at 8... I was just done, lol.

Saturday: 30 mins Elliptical, 30 mins Treadmill, 20 mins Pilates

Grade for this week: A.... I missed one of my Curves goals, but I exceeded my Pilates goal. I consider that a success!


Goals for this upcoming week:

  • Go to Curves at least twice
  • 30 minutes on the Elliptical machine at least 3 times
  • Pilates at least 2 times
  • Walk - either by lake or on treadmill at least 3 times
