Weekly Workout Blog

Week 12.....


Yeah, absolutely nothing.

Nada.

At all.

For the entire week.

I had plans to workout.

It just didn't happen, lol.

First, it was my birthday and I had plans for part of the week.

Then, I got surprised with some more plans.

Plus, "The Guy" announced he was moving to Minne-FRIGGING-sota. I didn't feel like it, lol.


Grade for this week...... A big fat F. Oh well, lol.


Goals for next week:
  • Go to Curves at least twice
  • 30 minutes on the Elliptical machine at least 3 times
  • Pilates at least 2 times
  • Walk - either by lake or on treadmill at least 3 times
