Weekly Workout Blog

Week 22.....

Sunday - Nothing. I was a lazy slob.

Monday - Curves and a walk around the lake

Tuesday - Not really "sick" but felt horrible, so nothing

Wednesday - Same as above

Thursday - Felt MUCH better... so, 30 mins Elliptical and 30 mins Treadmill

Friday - Not so fast.... back to being worn out and exhausted


Grade for this week - D.... I hate this pattern


Goals for next week:
  • Go to Curves at least twice
  • 30 minutes on the Elliptical machine at least 2 times
  • Pilates at least 3 times
  • Walk - either by lake or on treadmill at least 3 times
