Sunday - Nothing

Monday - Curves and 30 mins walking

Tuesday - Nothing... worked until 7:30

Wednesday - Nothing... worked until 7

Thursday - Nothing... worked until 10pm (are you seeing a trend?)

Friday - Nothing.... worked until 7

Saturday - 15 mins Elliptical and 30 mins Treadmill


Grade - F


Goals for next week:
  • Go to Curves at least twice
  • 30 minutes on the Elliptical machine at least 2 times
  • Pilates at least 3 times
  • Walk - either by lake or on treadmill at least 3 times
