Grade: D ....... This week was a bit of a wash. I didn't eat as well as I should have and I caught a cold midweek, leaving me with no motivation or strength to workout.
Let's make some goals for this week......
1) Continue with 30 Day Shred and restart Level 3 (M-F)
2) Complete Week 8 of the Couch 2 5K
3) Track all my points and stay within 30 weekly points.
