Weekly Workout Blog - Week 60
Sunday - Nope
Monday - Curves
Tuesday - Nada
Wednesday - Curves
Thursday - Nothing
Friday - Curves
Saturday - 15 on the Elliptical and 50 on the Treadmill
Pretty good week! I missed one of my walks, but it was a pretty busy week.

Week 61
Sunday - Nothing
Monday - Curves
Tuesday - 15 mins on the Elliptical and 45 on the Treadmill
Wednesday - Curves
Thursday - I went home and took an hour and a half nap. Not quite exercise, but it felt good!
Friday - Curves
Saturday - 20 on the Elliptical and 50 on the Treadmill
Go me! I met all my goals, plus made it on the Elliptical an extra time!
Goals for this upcoming week:
- Track ALL food
- Curves at least 3 times (this is in line with a Challenge they're having at the gym)
- Treadmill/Walk at least twice
- Elliptical at least once
Bonus points if.....
- I make it to a Zumba class.
- I do pilates.

I used to love Curves. I remember going there with my SIL and having so much fun. :) You are doing great!

I've never been to a Curves but I think they might have one around here.
